Return Process

Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
Refund Amount
You will receive a full refund for the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Defective or Damaged Items
